fa نقش میانجی گری خودکارآمدی جنسی در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و رضایت جنسی در مردان معتاد شهر کرمانشاه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحقیقات نشان داده است که بین سبک دلبستگی و رضایت جنسی رابطه وجود دارد اما در این ارتباط خودکارآمدی جنسی مردان معتاد می &shy;تواند نقش میانجی&shy;گر داشته باشد؟ <strong>هدف: </strong>بنابراین هدف پژوهش بررسی نقش خودکارآمدی جنسی در ارتباط با سبک های دلبستگی و رضایت جنسی مردان معتاد شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش: پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری افراد مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر کرمانشاه بود. که با روش نمونه &shy;گیری در دسترس از 5 مرکز 250 فرد انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه &shy;های: مقیاس&shy; های دلبستگی بزرگسالان هازن و شیور (1987)، رضایت جنسی لارسون(1995) و خودکارآمدی جنسی وزیری و لطفی کاشانی (1993) استفاده شد. یافته&shy; ها: برای تحلیل داده&shy; ها از روش&shy;های آماری همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان و تحلیل مسیر استفاده و نتایج نشان داد بین سبک&shy; های دلبستگی و رضایت جنسی مردان رابطه وجود دارد، به این معنی که سبک دلبستگی ایمن پیش &shy;بینی کننده مثبت &nbsp;&nbsp;(0/05></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">R</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) &nbsp;و سبک دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی پیش&shy; بینی کننده منفی است </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;(0/05></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">R</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) هم چنین خودکارآمدی جنسی می&shy; تواند نقش میانجی بین سبک&shy; های دلبستگی و رضایت جنسی داشته باشد &nbsp;(0/05></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">-R</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> &nbsp;نتیجه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;گیری: بدین معنی که افراد با خودکارآمدی جنسی بالا و بک دلبستگی ایمن، رضایت جنسی بهتری را تجربه کنند<strong>.</strong></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Research has shown that there is a relationship between attachment styles and sexual satisfaction, but does sexual self-efficacy of addicted men can have to mediate this regard?<strong> Aims:</strong> Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of sexual self-efficacy in the relationship between attachment styles and sexual satisfaction of addicted men in Kermanshah. <strong>Method: </strong>The present research was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of this study included people were referred to addiction treatment centers in Kermanshah. The research sample consisted of 250 of the five addiction treatment centers who were selected by non-probability sampling method. Adult Attachment scale(Hazan & Shaver, 1987),&nbsp; Larson&#39;s Sexual Satisfaction scale (Larson,1995), and Sexual Self-efficacy scale(Vaziri et al.,1993) were used for data collection. <strong>Results:</strong> The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including the Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis, and path analysis. <strong>Conlusions: </strong>The results showed that there is a relationship between attachment styles and&nbsp; Men&#39;s sexual satisfaction, this means that secure attachment style is a positive predictor (R<0.05) and Insecure-avoidant attachment style is a negative predictor (R<0.05). Sexual self-efficacy can also act as a mediator between attachment styles and sexual satisfaction (-R<0.05).
