چکیده:   (32 مشاهده)
زمینه: تنظیم هیجان و نقص کارکردهای اجرایی به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر در بروز و تداوم میگرن شناخته می‌شوند. ولی مکانیسم‌های دقیق و اثربخشی مداخلات نوین بر این عوامل به طور کامل بررسی نشده است؛ بنابراین، ارزیابی تأثیر تحریک فراجمجمه‌ای بر این متغیرها برای توسعه درمان‌های جدید ضروری است.
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجمه‌ای مغز با استفاده از جریان مستقیم الکتریکی بر بهبود تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی افراد مبتلا به میگرن انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه انجام شد. ۳۰ بیمار میگرنی مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های تخصصی مغز و اعصاب تهران در سال ۱۴۰۳ به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و گروه گواه (۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های دشواری تنظیم هیجان (گرتز و رومر، ۲۰۰۴) و کارکرد اجرایی (بارکلی، ۲۰۱۲) بود. گروه آزمایش به مدت ۱۵ جلسه ۲۰ دقیقه‌ای تحت تحریک فراجمجمه‌ای مغز با شدت ۲ میلی‌آمپر قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد تحریک فراجمجمه‌ای مغز بر بهبود تنظیم هیجان (05/0> P) و کارکردهای اجرایی (05/0> P) تأثیر معناداری دارد. بهبود در تمام خرده مقیاس‌های تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی مشاهده شد. اثرات مداخله در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود و تفاوت معناداری بین پس‌آزمون با پیگیری مشاهده نشد (05/0 < P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد تحریک فراجمجمه‌ای مغز می‌تواند به‌عنوان روشی مؤثر برای بهبود تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی بیماران میگرنی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش در کنار سایر درمان‌های دارویی و روان‌شناختی به کار گرفته شود.
