چکیده: (92 مشاهده)

زمینه: با وجود «قانون حمایت از حقوق معلولان» در سال 1396، نیازها و فشارهای روانی، هیجانی و اجتماعی خواهران و برادران افراد کم‌توان ذهنی نادیده گرفته شده است. این افراد که به عنوان مراقبان غیررسمی عمل می‌کنند، با چالش‌های متعددی روبرو هستند، اما تجارب آنان کمتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه کیفی به بررسی تجربه زیسته این خواهران و برادران (با ۴ بعد اصلی) پرداخته تا این شکاف پژوهشی را پر کند. هدف نهایی این تحقیق، ارائه راهنمایی برای طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی و سیاست‌های حمایتی مناسب برای این گروه است.
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مرور تجارب زیسته خواهران و برادران افراد کم‌توان ذهنی بود.
روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند بود و افراد شرکت‌کننده نیز شامل 10 نفر از خواهران و برادران افراد کم‌توان ذهنی با محدوده سنی 20 تا 50 سال بودند. ابزار پژوهش نیز شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته عمیق با این افراد بود که در سال 1404 و در استان اصفهان انجام شد. داده‌های استخراج شده با استفاده از روش کلایزی با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: یافته‌های به دست آمده‌ از مصاحبه با خواهران و برادران افراد کم‌توان ذهنی شامل 4 مضمون اصلی روابط عاطفی و مسئولیت‌های خانوادگی (شامل مضامین فرعی محبت و دلسوزی، صمیمیت و وابستگی، مراقبت مداوم و جایگزین والد شدن)، چالش‌های روانی و اجتماعی (شامل مضامین فرعی نگرانی دائمی، خشم و فرسودگی، تبعیض اجتماعی و کمبود حمایت خانوادگی و نهادی)، چالش‌های مربوط به آینده ( با دو مضمون فرعی محدودیت‌های تحصیلی، شغلی و ازدواج و بلاتکلیفی بعد از والدین) و معنابخشی و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای مثبت (با دو مضمون فرعی ایمان مذهبی و امید به بهبود و تغییر) بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نتیجه می‌دهد که روابط خواهر-برادری سرشار از وابستگی عمیق و محبت متقابل است و در عین حال، بار مسئولیت و فداکاری شخصی قابل‌توجهی را بر دوش این افراد قرار می‌دهد. یافته‌های پژوهش دارای کاربردهای مهمی در بهبود حمایت روانی و اجتماعی خواهران و برادران افراد معلول ذهنی است. این نتایج می‌تواند به طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی، مشاوره و مداخلات روانشناختی کمک کند تا بار مسئولیت و فشارهای روانی این مراقبان کاهش یابد.
