زمینه: لکنت یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات عصبی-تحولی دوران کودکی است که معمولاً در دوره‌های اولیه رشد ظاهر شده و غالباً در طول سال‌های تحصیل تداوم می‌یابد. این اختلال با پیامدهای روانشناختی متعددی از جمله اضطراب اجتماعی و کاهش تاب‌آوری تحصیلی همراه است که می‌تواند عملکرد تحصیلی و کیفیت کلی زندگی دانش‌آموزان را به طور قابل‌توجهی مختل کند.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) با رویکرد تجربه‌زیسته بر اضطراب اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال لکنت انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از طرح تک‌آزمودنی با خطوط پایه چندگانه غیرهمزمان در بین شرکت‌کنندگان استفاده کرد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم مبتلا به اختلال لکنت در شهر خوی، ایران، در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱ بود. سه شرکت‌کننده با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی (کانر و همکاران، ۲۰۱۳) و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (ساموئلز، ۲۰۱۷) در مراحل خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری جمع‌آوری شدند. برنامه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با رویکرد تجربه‌زیسته (بردل و همکاران، ۲۰۲۲) در طی هشت جلسه مداخله اجرا گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل دیداری و گرافیکی تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل دیداری نشان داد که برنامه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با رویکرد تجربه‌زیسته به طور معنی‌داری اضطراب اجتماعی را کاهش و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی را در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال لکنت افزایش داده است. این بهبودها در مرحله پیگیری نیز حفظ شد که نشان‌دهنده پایداری اثرات مداخله است.
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد از طریق آموزش و تقویت راهبردها و فنون مؤثری همچون پذیرش، ذهن‌آگاهی، گسلش شناختی و اقدام متعهدانه، دانش‌آموزان را قادر می‌سازد تا دیدگاهی واقع‌بینانه نسبت به وضعیت خود پیدا کرده و بر پیامدهای منفی اختلال خویش غلبه کنند. بر این اساس، اجرای این برنامه برای افراد مبتلا به اختلال لکنت و سایر ناتوانی‌های تحولی توصیه می‌شود.
