زمینه: فرزندخواندگی یکی از مداخلات اجتماعی مؤثر در حمایت از کودکان فاقد سرپرست یا بدسرپرست است، اما والدین فرزندخوانده، بهویژه مادران، در مسیر پذیرش و تربیت کودک با چالشهای روانشناختی، هیجانی و اجتماعی متعددی مواجه میشوند. این چالشها میتواند به افزایش استرس والدگری و کاهش احساس شایستگی والدینی منجر شود. ازاینرو، طراحی مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته والدین میتواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای سازگاری روانشناختی آنان ایفا کند.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته چالشهای والدین دارای فرزندخوانده بر استرس والدگری و ادراک شایستگی والدینی مادران دارای فرزندخوانده انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روششناسی، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سهماهه همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران دارای فرزندخوانده شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۴۰۴ بود که از طریق سازمان بهزیستی استان شناسایی شدند. تعداد ۳۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و گواه (۱۵ نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی ۱۰ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته والدین دارای فرزندخوانده را دریافت کرد و گروه گواه در فهرست انتظار قرار گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه مقیاس استرس والدینی آبیدین (1995) و مقیاس ادراک شایستگی والدینی هارتر (1985) بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی در نرمافزار آماری 26 SPSS- انجام شد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که اجرای بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته موجب کاهش معنادار استرس والدگری و افزایش معنادار ادراک شایستگی والدینی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه شد (05/0>P). همچنین اثرات مداخله در مرحله پیگیری سهماهه نیز حفظ شد که بیانگر پایداری اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی است.
نتیجهگیری: بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته مادران دارای فرزندخوانده میتواند بهعنوان مداخلهای آموزشی و مؤثر برای کاهش استرس والدگری و ارتقای ادراک شایستگی والدینی در مادران دارای فرزندخوانده به کار گرفته شود. اجرای این بسته در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی، مراکز مشاوره خانواده، ادارات و مراکز تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی، و نیز مراکز و مؤسسات دارای مجوزِ فعال در حوزه فرزندخواندگی میتواند به ارتقای سلامت روان والدین و بهبود کیفیت تعاملات والد - کودک کمک کند.

نتیجهگیری: بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته مادران دارای فرزندخوانده میتواند بهعنوان مداخلهای آموزشی و مؤثر برای کاهش استرس والدگری و ارتقای ادراک شایستگی والدینی در مادران دارای فرزندخوانده به کار گرفته شود. اجرای این بسته در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی، مراکز مشاوره خانواده، ادارات و مراکز تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی، و نیز مراکز و مؤسسات دارای مجوزِ فعال در حوزه فرزندخواندگی میتواند به ارتقای سلامت روان والدین و بهبود کیفیت تعاملات والد - کودک کمک کند.
